Function Times
Lunch Functions
- Guest Arrival – from 12 noon
- Bar Closes – 4:30pm
- Guest Departure – no later than 4:45pm
Dinner Functions
- Guest Arrival – from 6pm
- Bar Closes – 11:45pm
- Guest Departure – no later than midnight
Booking Confirmation
A deposit of 10% is required to confirm your event.
Food and Beverage selections to be made no later than 2 weeks before the event.
Final Payment
Final numbers and the balance of all the food and beverage packages is due no later than 2 weeks before the event date. This amount is non-refundable.
Bar Tabs
For events using bar tabs in preference to beverage packages, payment on the night will be accepted be either cash or credit card only.
Cancellations
Provided 3 months notice is given, deposits will be refunded in full; between 3 months and 1 month, 50% of the deposit will be refunded; within 1 month of the event, no refund will be given.
Minimum Numbers for Exclusive Use of Restaurant
- Sunday–Friday - 60 people
- Saturday - 70 people
On Saturday nights and Sunday a 5% surcharge will apply, on public holidays a 10% surcharge will apply.
Responsible Service of Alcohol
Blue Bar and Restaurant reserves the right to refuse service to persons suspected of being underage or intoxicated, in accordance with the principles of the Responsible Service of Alcohol and our Liquor License.
